PetrolPuppy is a free, real-time fuel price comparison tool. We help drivers find the cheapest petrol, diesel, and LPG near them, right now. We're live in Australia today, with more countries on the way.
How it works
PetrolPuppy connects directly to official government fuel price APIs and open data portals. Prices are refreshed every 30 minutes automatically. We never estimate or interpolate prices. Every price shown is sourced directly from a government or authorised data provider.
Our technology stack runs on secure cloud infrastructure with automatic failover. When a data source is temporarily unavailable, we clearly mark prices as stale rather than removing them, so you always see the last known price, not a blank map.

Data accuracy
Prices reflect data reported to government agencies by service stations. In Australia this reporting is legally mandated and highly accurate. As we expand, some countries may lag the forecourt price by up to a few hours. Always confirm the price at the pump before filling.
Ad-free subscription
PetrolPuppy is free to use and supported by advertising. For users who prefer an ad-free experience, we offer a low-cost monthly subscription. Subscription revenue allows us to maintain the service and expand to new countries.
